In Sanskrit, Nisha means "Restful Nights." The energy that flows through us during the day can impact our ability to recharge and rejuvenate for the next day. If we do not allow our brain and body to rest, we inhibit energy flow, which can affect our overall well-being.

Sleep is a complex physiological process that involves the synchronization of numerous organ systems and neurotransmitters. According to Ayurveda, disturbed sleep is caused by the aggravation of Vata and Pitta, two bioenergies responsible for nervine conduction and metabolism, respectively. However, balancing these bioenergies can rectify the issue. Bermuda grass, chamomile, and grapes are effective in pacifying Pitta and supporting Vata and Kapha, thereby regulating sleep.

Additionally, Bacopa, spikenard, and full-spectrum hemp extract have a direct action on Vata and the central nervous system, pacifying it and reducing stress and anxiety, which are primary causes of disturbed sleep.

Store it in a cool and dark place (cabinet) away from direct sunlight. Ambient room temperature (70 degrees F) Keep out of reach of children.
